Admire views of the beach and the blissful sound of palm trees blowing in the breeze in One Particular Harbor. Sleeping ten, this five-bedroom, three-bath home is perfect for a family reunion or a group getaway. Choose to get a good night’s sleep in the king-sized primary bedroom with a private en-suite bath—replete with a standing walk-in shower, as well as his and her sinks—a flat-screen smart TV, or choose from one of four additional bedrooms furnished with 1 king, 2 queens and a set of bunk beds.

The living room also features access to the deck. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, and dine as a group at the eight-person table with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

One Particular Harbor is a short walk from the beach, but if you’d like to take a break from the sand, enjoy access to the private pool in the backyard (open from May - October 1st, weather dependent). There are plenty of lounge chairs to catch some rays.

Staying on Harbor Island includes access to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts and basketball court. Please be advised that all guests are required to have a car pass in order to access the island. Car pass total must be confirmed through Natural Retreats in advance of your stay. This home accommodates up to 4 vehicles max. Resort access requires a car pass to enter. Information for this entry pass should be gathered at booking or a minimum of 14 days before arrival.

Lovely property
This rental was great. We enjoyed bringing our dogs and the privacy of having the beach almost to ourselves. Seeing the dolphins each day was a bonus! We would love to stay again.

We love Harbor Island
This is the second year we’ve booked this property for a fall family getaway. The house is perfect. The beach is quiet and beautiful. You can watch the dolphins chase the shrimp boats in and out of the harbor all day. We were lucky enough to witness turtles hatching and making their way to the ocean this trip. Will stay again!

Peaceful Getaway
Spent our family vacation here. There were 5 adults and two children under the age of two. Had a wonderful time. The house was well-appointed and kitchen was stocked with the needed necessities. The property management company was awesome to work with-very communicative before and during our stay. The community was great. Rode bikes around the neighborhood and loved overlooking the water. The pool was nice to have, although the water was a bit chilly with no heater. Not sure why the pool company came by to shock the pool while we were there. We couldn’t use it for 4 hours on the hottest day we were there. We biked to the community pool though, and it was great. We would love to go back, and would take fishing poles next time. Lovely, quiet and the people we met were so welcoming. One of our favorite places for sure.

Weekend get away
We really enjoyed our stay the location was wonderful. Liam had a great time at the beach ( our Australian Shepherd). Our daughter enjoyed sunbathing by the pool. It was so peaceful just a great location to get away from the demands of our everyday lives. We would stay here again!

Great family vacation spot
We loved the home and the location. There was plenty of room for our family of eleven. Having two fridges, washers & dryers made life much easier. The kids enjoyed the pool every day and the adults loved the ocean view and the quick walk to the beach.

This is the second time we have stayed here and they have upgraded since the last time! Everything about this house is perfect and has everything a group would need! It is right on the beach and makes life with children a dream come true!

Excellent family beach experience
Stunning views of the beautiful ACE Basin! Right on the beach and close to fully equipped club house, pool and tennis courts. Large, comfortable house, fully equipped kitchen (even had popcorn and plenty of spices!) Slept 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants comfortably with a bedroom to spare.

What a nice week we had at this property! The dryer wasn't working but Property Manager fixed quickly! Wonderful location to a very private beach. The golf cart was a real plus.

Great Vacation Home
We spent Thanksgiving here and had plenty of room to entertain our family and friends. We loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. Master bedroom bed was super comfy! We would love to rent again during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the pool and closeness of the beach area. Neighborhood is gated and secluded. Plenty of parking space, golf cart and other beach toys were nice to have accessibility to. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Summer Family Fun 😊
We had the best time!!! We brought our Adult Children and our Grandchildren , which ended up being 7 adults and 5 little ones and we had room for everyone!! The location of the house and the pool and the beach right out of the back door made for an Outstanding Family Vacation. All of the “little touches” made everything even better!! The oldest grandson 8 years, went fishing every day and caught something every day!! It was definitely a trip with wonderful memories made!!

Amazing beach house to make memories!
We loved the beach house and already booked for next year. Our only complaints are we killed several large spiders inside and out. They're are some type of bugs upstairs especially the bunk room and in the dressers. All the beds were great except bedroom upstairs with balcony. Kitchen well stocked the pool was great!

Family Vacation
The house was everything I expected from the pictures. The views at sunrise and especially sunset were amazing! Loved having our own backyard pool after coming off the beach and the fence added security for the dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There is NO Keurig as stated in notes but a drip coffee maker. The master bedroom was huge and the bed very comfortable. The other 4 bedrooms were an average size and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The house was lacking in several areas. A flyswatter is needed. The deck leading to the pool (at the bottom of the steps) is uneven and a hazard which needs to be taken care of. We all tripped and stumped our toes several times. The ice maker is not working properly. House bug spray is needed for huge spiders and roaches! Towel holders are need in bathrooms. More comfortable seating is needed in main area. In spite of these inconveniences, we did enjoy our stay.

Beachwalk/Simple Simplicity
Excellent location! The views are gorgeous. It is a short walk to the beach. This area of the beach is not great for swimming, but the kids had fun casting. They caught over a pound of shrimp in one afternoon plus saw sharks, rays, and lots of fish. The house sleeps 8 comfortably. There is only one bath upstairs which is fine for kids to share but would not be so great if adults were upstairs. You could sleep 8 upstairs but 8 sharing one bath is less than ideal. The living area could use some comfortable chairs to supplement the L shaped couch. Also some additional lighting strong enough for reading would be nice in the master as it is the only place i side to escape. The pool has a leak but we were able to use it as long as we added water each day. The owners are addressing the issue. The oven door handle fell off the first night there and was reported but not fixed while we were there. We mostly grilled so it wasn’t a big issue for us. Overall, the house is very nice. We had a wonderful time.

Overall good, and as advertised.
Overall, our stay was good, not great. The kitchen was very nice with plenty of room and the open floorplan to the main living space was helpful during meal prep. I liked the private balconies from the main suite and one of the bedrooms upstairs. The pathway from the home to the beach was bit difficult to traverse, especially for our senior guest. The pool was not functioning during our stay, so that was disappointing, but the property manager addressed it immediately, but repairs were not completed during our stay. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, as feet would turn dark if walking around barefoot and residual toothpaste spray on mirrors, but I believe the "high spots" were clean such as showers, toilets and linens. I found the furniture comfortable and appreciated the variety of pillow options on the beds. The stairway was steep, but was not an issue for our party. The beach view from the living room or dining room was nice, and we really loved being able to open the double sliding doors to experience the ocean breeze. The deck furniture was comfortable and accommodate our whole party comfortably. We LOVED the exterior shower to allow us to rinse off with warm water, and that feature has now become a requirement for all future vacations. The furniture on the lower patio seemed as though it would be comfortable, but we did not spend much time in that area since the pool was not usable and it was difficult to keep the toddler away if we spent much time in that area.

Great location and views.
The location and views were perfect. Check in and out was a breeze. I enjoyed not having a list of things to do upon checkout. The house was well suitable for our needs. A little smaller than I anticipated from viewing the photos. Casual sitting in the living area required use of dining room chairs. The decorative arm chairs were for just that for decoration, not comfortable. This was our second trip to this island. 1st time in this home. I would stay again definitely earlier in the summer to be able to enjoy the pool more. Little things to increase comfort I would suggest more towels and wash cloths, we had to do laundry often. Toilet paper holders. Updated fridge, a week a food storage was difficult in the side by side fridge. The fridge also didn't cool the best, took a day to get mildly cold. Manager did say she would send someone over but we delt with it. Bottom of stairs needs replaced definitely a hazard we all tripped! Be careful!!! Bring your own sand toys and beach chairs. House provided 2 chairs but one was broke. If bringing kids bring something for rainy day entertainment. Overall we did enjoy our stay. Thanks for sharing your home.
