Welcome to 165 Beach Club Villa, Fripp Island, SC!

Centrally located, with amazing canal and marsh views, and an easy 3-4-minute walk to Fripp's wonderful 3+ miles of beach. Private fishing/crabbing dock. Accommodates up to 4 guests.

We keep our rates simple, and they include linens, resort access with 2 amenity cards and a golf cart, wi-fi, and cleaning at checkout.

The resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants.

If needed - You can get up to 2 additional cards - $55/card Memorial to Labor Day or $39/card outside those dates.

If you don't wish to purchase resort access and cards, then let us know and we can provide an updated quote with substantial savings. Most people do purchase amenity cards, especially during the summer months, as the resort requires anyone 13 and older to have a card for admittance to resort amenities such as pools and restaurants. Without the cards you still have access to the beach and there are a couple places on island where you can get a bite to eat. There are several good restaurants nearby off-island.

Our rates are based on weekly stays. Outside of the main season, Memorial to Labor Day, we are open to other options. If the dates you are considering show as available, then ask and we can see what we can do to accommodate you.

We can consider one pet with a non-refundable pet fee of $250.

Description

Freshly painted and new LVP flooring throughout. New kitchen cabinets and quartz and wood counter tops. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. New seating and television in the main living area, All new seating on rear deck. Updated bathrooms. Over the past 25 years our guests have enjoyed their stay, and our ratings attest to that. We have just taken things up to a new level of comfort and enjoyment. We like it and hope you will too. Come check it out soon. Be sure and read our reviews!

There's lots to do on the island and in the local area and we provide you with some great information. Fripp is a very special place, and we hope that is what you get from your experience.

The main living area provides great marsh and canal views, comfortable seating, and a new 50" TV. Enjoy a good assortment of programming and if you like you can stream your music and entertainment. Just off the main living area is the screened porch area which is a great place to pass some time. You can watch the tides change and view the wildlife that comes and goes. All new seating to enjoy as well.

TV in each bedroom as well as access to almost unlimited music choices. There are some nice options available, or you can just sit back, relax, and do nothing at all – your choice. An ultra-quiet and efficient heating/cooling system. 68 degrees is the coolest setting available. There is a good selection of dining and drinkware and a great assortment of pans and utensils.

Happy Place

We had a delightful stay here. The condo was extremely clean and so comfortable! Great location right on the marsh - wonderful view on screened porch with rockers. The condo had everything we needed and had some nice upgrades. We give it 5 stars!

Anniversary Trip

Celebrated our 40th Anniversary. We loved the condo and will definitely be staying here again . Golf cart came with the condo and we loved riding around the island. Owner was very nice and accommodating. Always very quick to respond to any questions we had .

Highly Recommend!

The owners are very responsive and the place was very clean. Fripp is not an inexpensive place to visit but I felt we definitely got what we paid for. The back deck has a gorgeous view and the unit is centrally located. We would rent from the owners again without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

We had the best time! The condo was very clean, easy access to the beach, and beautiful views from the back porch. Huge plus with the golf cart to scoot around on the island and enjoy all the views and wildlife. Steve was very wonderful to deal with and communicated very well and very quick to respond. We will most definitely be back in the future! Excellent location, place and property manager!!

Can’t say enough about this place. The communication we had with the owners before and during our visit was great, didn’t have to worry about a thing. Unit was clean and furnished with everything we needed when we got there. Good view of the marsh from the screened in porch. Golf cart and amenity cards available really added to the experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we will definitely be back! The property was extremely clean and very comfortable for our family of four for the week. We enjoyed cruising and exploring the island on the golf cart. The pools were nice and we enjoyed some of the restaurant options on the island, as well as a few places that were a close drive. The beach is gorgeous and not overcrowded. Easy and quick communication with the owner when needed. We could not have been more pleased with our time at this property!

Great Fripp Getaway

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

Steve was very prompt in his communication with us. They are in the process of preparing the parking lot to be repaved. Steve prepared us for that prior to our arrival. We have stayed at the Beach Villas before in a different unit. Steve's was much more fresh and updated than the other unit we stayed in. Fripp Island has become a favorite destination for our family.

Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Steve was very communicative and gave us all kinda of info about the island and everything around and kept in touch on the day of our arrival. The condo was very clean and nice and taken care of and the kitchen had everything you could need or want and in a good location to everything. The screened in back porch was a plus and we used it just about everyday. The beds and couches where very comfortable. And the bathrooms where very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great condo and great location!

We loved this condo for the week. The location is an easy walk to the beach when you are carrying everything, or an even quicker walk when it's just coffee or wine! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The furniture is very nice, the beds and pillows were very comfortable too. The kitchen had a great assortment of utensils and plenty of dishes. The screened deck was great - we sat out there every morning and evening almost. There is a back staircase off the deck leading to the grill and dock, making it easy to access. Met a couple of neighbors who were owners and everyone is super friendly at Fripp. Communication with Steve & Millie was great - they sent us all the info we needed and the resort calendar even. We will definitely stay there again!

Simply Wonderful!

The condo is perfect for my family of three to stay for our week long vacation to Fripp Island. The kitchen is well equipped, bedding is comfortable and cozy, living area is set up nicely for an evening in with NetFlix and a Google speaker for listening to music. We loved it!

Broken lockbox, malfunctioning doors, and poor communication

Just before our arrival, the owner wrote to tell us that the electronic lock on the door was malfunctioning so the unit could not be entered by typing in a keycode, but that there was a separate lockbox with keys. When we arrived, the lockbox was also broken so we were stranded outside the unit with our groceries, including ice cream and other frozen groceries, for an hour while he had a cleaner some use her spare key to access the property. Half of our groceries melted and had to be thrown in the trash. Without a lockbox or electronic lock working, we had to keep our key with us at all times because the door would lock behind us when we left. This unfortunately led to us getting locked out for 5 hours one evening when our key was lost swimming, and the owner charged us $50 for getting locked out even though a working lockbox or electronic lock (which the unit was supposed to have) would have prevented the situation. I offered to cover half the cost since losing a key was partially our fault too, but he never responded and simply submitted a charge for "damages". Disappointed that he was unwilling to have any conversation or acknowledge that his malfunctioning locks contributed to the situation. The money isn't the issue, the lack of communication was a problem.

A fantastic condo on a gorgeous island!

We just got back from a week in this condo on Fripp Island in South Carolina. We had an absolutely fabulous vacation. The condo was just right for the four of us -- me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. The condo was very clean, and had terrific features, like up to date technology, 3 TVs, an amazing view out of the back, a Keurig, a dishwasher, a washer and drier, and more. It was very conveniently located on the island. Fripp Island is truly gorgeous, with lots of amenities -- 5 pools, delicious restaurants, and a beautiful beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart -- what a fun way to get around the island! I can't say enough about how much we loved our vacation, and Steve was a terrific host. He was very responsive in answering questions and providing information about the island and the area, and checked in with us leading up to our departure to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend Retreat

CLEAN!! Beautiful!! Safe!!! I traveled alone and felt very comfortable and secure. This condo was so welcoming! My favorite spot was the balcony with the rocking chairs. Sunsets are beautiful from this vantage point. Short walk to the resort amenities and beach. The hosts were very helpful throughout my stay and available. Felt I had made a very special connection with the hosts. Will be returning!!
