Gite fitted out in the owner's house with independent and opposite access, 1 terrace (10 m²) and small closed courtyard (15 m²) at the front, 1 closed terrace (15 m²) at the back.

Nearby: picturesque village of Chapeauroux on the edge of the Allier at 4 km, Thor cliff, Lac du Bouchet (8 km), shops and services in Landos (8 km). Raised ground floor on the courtyard side, 1st floor on the enclosed terrace side: kitchen, living room (sofa bed, TV, closed fireplace), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed), shower room, wc.

Electric heating included. Wood for the fireplace provided free of charge.

Baby equipment: high chair and travel cot.
