"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location.
