We open the bay window to let in the sound of the waves and make way for the holidays: the change of scenery is instant and complete! This charming 42m2 apartment, freshly renovated, could not be better located for a 4-person holiday in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. In just a few steps, you are on the large beach, the restaurants and bars are just a few hundred metres away. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The bright living area has an open-plan kitchen leading onto the living room, with a bay window overlooking the ocean. Fully equipped, the kitchen area has induction hobs, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an oven, a washing machine, two coffee makers (filter and espresso), a toaster and a kettle. The terrace, facing the large beach, extends the living space, where you will be comfortably installed to have breakfast. Internet access, television and electric heating add to the comfort of this cosy apartment. Another major asset is the private outdoor parking space, which will allow you to park easily.

You can see it and walk to it! The large sandy beach of Saint Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is right in front of the apartment. Depending on the tides and waves, it is the playground of surfers, the place of activities for swimmers and joggers or the paradise of fishermen. The embankment invites you to more peaceful walks. Always active and particularly lively in summer, the port of St Gilles is 2 km away. Ice cream parlours and crêperies will delight the gourmets. The maritime-inspired shops are both close to the fishing boats and the train station! In the surrounding area, the paths and cycle paths lead to the rocky coast of the Vendée corniche and to the pine forests along the dunes. Relaxation, entertainment and leisure activities are accessible in the immediate vicinity of the residence. The Vendée also deserves to be discovered for other tourist sites: Les Sables d'Olonne is 32 km away, Saint Jean de Monts is 17 km away and Noirmoutier is 42 km away.
