Need space and sea air? Park in the garden and settle in this large house, recently built in Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie! Its walled garden and its cladding make it immediately recognizable. The 4 bedrooms, 2 with bunk beds, accommodate up to 12 people. 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets contribute to the comfort of each holidaymaker, during stays with family or friends. All rooms are tastefully furnished in a seaside atmosphere. From the inside you keep a permanent view of the garden and the neighboring tile roofs. From the bright ground floor, the windows allow direct access to the garden. Children can play quietly while others enjoy outdoor furniture. For fully successful stays, your pets are welcome in this vacation rental.

In the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie, the house is located in a quiet area, 400 m from the large sandy beach. Everyone enjoys the rhythm of the beach and its embankment: relaxation for some, surf for others or walking along the water. Bike paths, very well appointed and secure, allow long bike rides, between cornice, dunes and pine forest. The quays of the center of Saint-Gilles are only 2 km away. Markets, designer markets, entertainment, restaurants and shops are all good reasons to stroll around the city. It is also easy to reach the other tourist sites of Vendée. Noirmoutier, Les Sables d'Olonne or Le Puy du Fou are waiting for you within a radius of 100 km.

maison très bien agencée et bien placée a 5minutes a pieds de la rivière la vie et 15 minutes de la grande Plage nous avons passé une super semaine, la conciergerie est très réactive l'annonce du bien est a modifiée 15 minutes de la plage et non 9 minutes en voiture

Nous avons séjourné à 9 dont 3 ados et 2 enfants dans cette grande maison fonctionnelle et confortable. Tout était parfait pour nous, l’équipement, de l’espace pour chacun, un grand jardin des plus agréables, la proximité de la plage… L’accueil et la communication avec la conciergerie Hoomy sont au top. Pour sûr, nous reviendrons l’année prochaine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour
Cette maison était tout à fait adaptée à notre famille. nous avons apprécié la luminosité et la déco soignée et la qualité des ustensiles de cuisine et de la literie… je suis satisfaite de l'écoute du personnel d'hoomy et je n'hésiterai pas à avoir recours de nouveau à vos services Seul regret : nous n'avons pas pu profiter complètement de l'extérieur car il n'y a pas de parasol

Emplacement parfait
Superbe séjour, proche de la mer ou du centre pour s'y rendre à pied mais suffisant en rentrant pour éviter les nuisances sonores et de stationnement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vélos à disposition. Nous étions 9 dont 5 adultes et 2 grands ados, espace suffisant. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir
