Une belle maison mais des prestations à revoir
Maison très bien agencée qui correspondait à l'annonce ; très belle localisation ; très calme. Cependant, les locataires avant nous avaient choisi de faire le ménage à leur départ (plutôt que de payer le service "ménage" proposer par la conciergerie hoomy)... nous laissant en souvenir des poils de leur chien sur les canapés, et fauteuils, entre autres. Nous avons été obligés de faire le ménage avant de nous installer et après avoir roulé plus de 1000 km : il est vraiment dommage que, vu le prix de la location, le ménage ne soit pas fait systématiquement par des professionnels ( notre signalement à Hoomy n'a donné lieu à aucun dédommagement). Le plus : localisation, agencement, calme, le lave linge et sèche linge. Le moins : ménage non assuré, un chauffe eau trop petit pour une location pour 8 personnes (pas d'eau chaude certains jours en fonction du nombre de douches prises), batterie de cuisine très limitée pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. La literie réservée et payée n'était pas prête à notre arrivée. Malchance : les 2 détecteurs incendie se sont déclenchés à 2 jours d'intervalle, sans motif nous obligeant à les démonter....
