Perfect for large families and groups of friends looking for a place to meet, our holiday home can accommodate up to 15 people. Quiet near Blois, close to many shops and restaurants. 
Authentic vineyard house completely renovated, with 5 beautiful bedrooms, two on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms sharing a 4th bathroom with toilet. (3 triple rooms and 2 double rooms). Comfortable sleeping. Hair dryer.
Large living room of 65 m2 with first living room, dining room and very equipped kitchen (2 ovens, 2 hotplates, 2 coffee makers and a Nespresso, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, 2 raclette appliances…).
Library of 25 m2 with second lounge tv (dvd player and netflix), many books and board games, desk, sofa bed and daybed for two beds (closed room).
Large landscaped enclosed garden with heated pool (from May to end of September) and secure, wooden (7 x 4 m), terraces, covered courtyard, courtyard, children’s toys, charcoal barbecue, ping pong table, deckchairs…

An absolute gem!
We had the best week. It’s a wonderful house in a perfect setting. Celiné was there to welcome us and bid us farewell, she responded to requests for information quickly. We created many happy memories and would highly recommend to anyone considering this property.

Wonderful property. Lots of space. Ideal for large families or multiple families. Beautiful house and garden. So close to Blois and lots of gorgeous château. Walking distance to an amazing boulangerie and patisserie, and a bar. Short drive from hypermarche.

Un gîte plein de charme pour un merveilleux séjour en famille
Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire pour cette anciennement ferme merveilleusement rénovée où chaque détail de décoration a été soigneusement pensé. Endroit très cocooning qui nous a permis de passer une excellente fête de famille. Seule remarque : un bain à remous a dû se glisser par erreur dans la description. La totalité du reste, descriptifs et photos sont totalement évocateurs de l'ambiance de la maison.

Séjour très agréable !
Maison parfaite pour 3 familles avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin, des poules, de la cuisine et de la bibliothèque / salle de jeux, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Proximité de Blois, de son marché et de son château. Proche également de Chambord, que nous avons aussi visité. Petit point sur l'insonorisation des chambres entre elles, mais ne dérange pas si on voyage entre amis et famille. Un grand merci !

Une semaine super tout proche des châteaux de la Loire
Notre grande famille de 10 adultes et 6 enfants a séjourné pendant une semaine dans cette grande maison, et nous avons adoré : l'intérieur bien décoré et confortable, le jardin spacieux et avec différentes ambiances, la piscine chauffée très agréable pour les petits et les grands, les environs, tout proche de Blois et des châteaux de la Loire, l'accueil par un couple d'hôte et hôtesse très agréables et sympathiques, sans oublier les poules qui nous ont offerts quelques œufs. Nous recommandons vivement !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout a été pensé, pour notre bien-être:l'équipement est complet, la décoration est riche et élégante et l'environnement très agréable. Quant aux poules et au potager c'est le bonheur des enfants .Et pour couronner le tout, nos hôtes sont aux petits soins pour nous. En un mot: plus que parfait!

Tout était parfait !
Un accueil très chaleureux, une décoration recherchée et charmante, tout est fait pour qu’on se sente bien . Le jardin est tranquille, fait pour se reposer dans des transats, le potager nous est ouvert, de nombreuses petites attentions pour faire plaisir aux locataires. Nous reviendrons !
