"The location was excellent for taking trains at Gare Montparnasse. Our room was clean, quiet, and modern but postcard sized. We could only open one suitcase at a time. The other had to sit in the closet. While there is an elevator, you will have to carry bags up 2 flights of steep stairs to get to reception. As long as you are ok with that it’s a great place to stay. The neighborhood has lots of active restaurants and is less expensive than other areas of Paris. "

"The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area. It’s conveniently located to the metro and lots of lovely restaurants. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed there over New Years and on getting back to our room late on the New Year’s Eve we found a bottle of wine to celebrate. "

"The bed was extremely comfortable! Didn’t try the breakfasts.check in is 3pm not minute earlier, but they will let you leave your luggage in a spare room if needed. Staff was nice & accommodating. "The rooms are tiny. I was there on my own but even two people would have to choreograph their movements very carefully. Having said that, I am very happy with the trade-off. What I want in a room for a short stay is that it is perfectly clean and that everything works.
