"Appartement réservé avec 2 chambres, kitchenette et micro-ondes. a l'arrivée seulement 2 chambres sans kitchenette ni micro-ondes, gênant avec 2 enfants en bas âge. personnel a la réception assez froid, pas de solution sauf chauffer le biberon à la cafeteria et me louer un mini frigo (alors que c'était normalement inclus). "Prestations et confort de qualité dans une résidence des années 70. Toit et murs recouverts de tôles en Fibro !! Appartement bien insonorisé et avec un mobilier neuf. Balcon trop petit dommage car nous avions une belle vue du Super Besse ! A recommander !"

"Overall, we enjoyed out stay. The location of property met expectations along with roominess, and beds were comfortable. Since it was an older property that had been updated in the last 10 years (guess), it had a lot of quirks. The upstairs bathroom had a very small shower and no places to hang towels. The kitchen was small and crowded with lots and lots of stuff. Very challenging working conditions."

"Juste une petite remarque, qui n'enlève rien à la qualité du séjour : l'eau chaude est vraiment bouillante, et un enfant pourrait s'y bruler. Peut-être qu'un réglage du ballon suffira. Pour le reste tout est très bien."
