"The key code to check-in was incorrect. It took approx 3 hrs for the manager to respond to a call for help. The wireless password was also given incorrectly but we managed ourselves to sort this out. The property was much less clean than we would have desired and lots of minor issues such as broken lights were apparent. The outside seating was broken, filthy and unusable.
