Elle comprend, une cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur salle à manger, une arrière cuisine (lave-linge et sèche-linge), une salle d'eau avec WC, un salon (canapé 140 convertible), un espace bureau/bibliothèque/détente, une suite parentale (lit 140), salle d'eau et WC.
A l'étage salle TV (canapé 140 convertible), une seconde suite parentale (lit 160) avec salle d'eau, WC séparés, une troisième suite parentale (lit 140) avec salle d'eau, une quatrième suite parentale (lit 140) avec salle d'eau.
