Pretty fisherman's house

It is a small simple fisherman's house, with a surface area of around one hundred square meters, located in the heart of Chaucre, classified among the beautiful villages of the island of Oléron and eight hundred meters from the beach .
It should be noted that the owners being passionate about Egyptology, Egyptian frescoes adorn the rooms of the house.
It has a living room with a fireplace and two bedrooms. The larger one with two 90 cm beds and the second, smaller one with a 140 cm bed.
The kitchen has complete equipment (traditional ovens and microwave, hot plate, fridge and freezer.
In the living room you will find a TV with DVD player as well as a stereo with CD player.
The bathroom contains the washing machine and has hot water from an electric accumulator.
Double insulation keeps the house cool in summer.

Semaine de vacances

Jolie maison bien agencée et bien équipée, fonctionnelle, fraîche. Spacieuse pour 3-4 personnes. Pas d'extérieur ni de place de parking attenant mais possibilité de se garer à 100m sur un parking public. A noter que sa situation est dans un carrefour de petites rues et d'une boulangerie (très pratique) donc beaucoup de passages (voitures, vélos et à pied) mais l'on s'y fait vite.

Très bon séjour en famille

L’emplacement de la maison est idéal, à deux pas d’une très belle plage de sable. Le logement est bien équipé pour passer de bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est très gentil, tout comme la dame qui nous a donné les clés sur place.

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr schönen kleinen Ort, der anders als viele andere auf der Insel nicht touristisch wirkt. Die Kontaktperson war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, so dass wir fehlende Kleinigkeiten schnell bekamen. Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum des Altdorfes, das Ambiente der Lage ist sehr schön. Man läuft 15-20 Minuten zum sehr schönen Strand und den Wellen. Nachteile: durch die Lage fahren alle Autos durch das Dorf an diesem Haus vorbei, es ist teilweise laut. Mit Ohrenstöpseln konnten wir aber gut schlafen. Es war nicht sehr sauber, aber bei weitem auch nicht schmutzig, irgendwo in der Mitte. Es ist ein altes Haus, mit Charme, aber auch Spuren des Alters

Sympathique séjour

La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. A cinq minutes en voiture des couchers de soleil et à un quart d’heure des autres plages. Les viennoiseries du matin à 15 secondes (oui oui !!!) à pied 👍 Nous avons été bien accueillis . C’était cool! On recommande 👍

Super location mais éloignez de toute activité

La maison est super mais il fait tres humide lorsqu'il pleut dehors. Il y a pleins de petits insectes noirs qui envahissent la maison. La propriété est éloigner de toutes les activités à voir et à visiter c est dommage. Super accueil du propriétaire.

Très agréable séjour à chaucre

Belle découverte de l’ile et plus précisément des environs de chaucre. Lieu idéal pour sillonner l’ile. Seul manque un espace extérieur.

La location confortable est conforme au descriptif et bien située près de la plage de Chaucre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique de même que la personne chargée de remettre les clefs. En résumé un agréable séjour conforme à nos attentes.

Très bon séjour

La maison est très bien située dans le joli village de Chaucre, idéal pour découvrir le nord de l'île. La magnifique plage de Chaucre est facilement accessible en vélo depuis la maison. La maison est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et la personne qui remet les clés également.
