Pleasant apartment on the 1st floor in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops consisting of a living room with sofa bed (120), a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with double bed (140) with balcony access, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Outside, balcony terrace facing EAST with garden furniture, manual blind. Assigned parking space in front of the residence.

The best thing about this rental by the sea: Family beach 400m away, free parking for residents, direct access via private gate to the marina and its shops! Tennis court and children's games 50m away!

Keys can be handed over and returned exclusively to the D'Oléron agency (Saint Pierre district).
