"Location and size of property is ideal. However the condition of the property was incredibly disappointing. Everything is very dated and falling apart, my husband had to several times fix things himself such as kitchen doors falling off the hinges. The tumble dryer does work at all. Upstairs bathroom shower temperature doesn’t change. The property has incredible potential if time and care is invested into it. Hold your breath through the lobby, but good

"It is a comfortable hotel close ro the old town and museums, and mid-way between the two railway stations. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful. The only problem is rhw scent diffuser that pollutes the lobby with perfume that induces headaches. It is diagusting. Hold your breath and run through the lobby."

Great place to stay in Perpignan

"Fantastic hotel in Perpignan. Room was very spacious and clean. Reception and bar staff very helpful. Room top terrace was an added bonus on a sunny January afternoon. Could not fault the hotel and have stayed in many hotels at 3 times the price which fell short of what the Dali offered."
