"Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. "No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it...

"Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean. Perfect for an overnight stay whilst travelling back to the UK from Spain with a dog. Nice walk with the dog around the two small lakes and spotted two otters! Really handy to have a well- stocked supermarket in the car park! Will stay here again"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Les Grands Vignobles. Laurie was welcoming and friendly. The house was clean and tidy with all facilities you could want and we enjoyed the outside space with the view onto the vineyard. "

"Hotel is convenient for Bordeaux Centre and there is a supermarket and shopping mall close by. Entry is confusing as the main entrance is from the upper level. The only way we could get to the upper entrance was through the adjacent park which isn't obvious. The ground floor entrance is normally locked and access is either via the speakerphone, door key card or previously advised PIN number. Not very welcoming. The rooms are OK and adequately provided with eseentials. No air conditioning so...

"What a wonderful hotel! This property lived up to all the reviews I had read about it. We opted for the breakfast option with the room rate and was amazed at the quality of the breakfast that was available. The breakfast bar had everything that we would want for breakfast plus additional things. We stayed in room 120 which is a strong recommendation for anyone visiting the hotel in the future. The bed was super comfortable, and the room itself was larger than some other rooms in the hotel. The staff was very accommodating as far as calling in taxis and offering us recommendations for restaurants. What the big winning feature of the hotel is its location. It’s right in city Center very walkable to the Bordeaux tram system and many wonderful restaurants. when we return to Bordeaux, this will be our go to hotel."

"We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise. I highly recommend this Hotel."

Was very good

"Great stay. Very clean. Convenient to train station (12 minute walk). We used as our base for day trip to Lourdes. Bordeaux is a beautiful city. We did take a taxi/uber to the main city area. That is not writhing walking distance. Our room had a beautiful river view."

"We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in a pedestrian area close to great shopping, dining, public transportation options are within a short walk. Staff was friendly, caring and helpful. Special thanks to Malika, who was very caring and helpful. Parking is available close by although it is a tight one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend highly. "
