A little dated and basic in terms of decor and in need of some modernisation to fixtures and fittings -- the dishwasher was old and unreliable -- but we loved our holiday and would happily return to Oleron."

"The property is located in a quiet residential street near to some local shops and about a mile on foot to the Vieux Port - a lovely tree lined stroll. The house is small but perfect for two people. We only used the ground floor - bedroom, shower, wc, kitchen and a nice sunny sitting room leading out into a small garden. NB Access to the basement accommodation is via very steep stairs. Only practical for the young and nimble! The house is a good base from which to explore the wonderful port town...

"Location conforme à l'annonce. Très bien équipée et très propre, avec un mignon jardin.Placée sur une route qui doit être passante l'été. Pour nous, en hiver, où nous n'avons pas vécu dans le jardin ni fenêtres ouvertes ce n'etait pas un souci. "
