Shared washing machine. Court + small ground in common. Ski St François Longchamp/Valmorel 17km (only by road D213 via St Martin La Chambre). Snowshoes at 4km. In summer, possibility of parking in the common courtyard. Renovated presbytery in the heart of the village, located 17km from the slopes. On a south-east facing hillside. Superb environment of forests and meadows. Pleasant and comfortable cottage. Large tarmacked courtyard and small landscaped lot. Very nice unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.
