Located between the international golf course and the lagoon of Saint François, the villa Liléa has 4 spacious bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet. A large living room, a ventilated terrace, and a carbet at the water's edge to appreciate the softness and calm of the blue waters of the lagoon.

You will appreciate its standing, the magnificent sunsets on Marie Galante, and especially its incredible direct access to the beach which is integrated in the direct continuation of your garden.
2 canoes and 2 paddles are at your disposal for a dream vacation, in a setting of rare beauty. The animation is permanent with the kite-surf that you see from the beach.

The villa is located in the commune of Saint-François, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe called Grande-Terre. At 45 minutes drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it will take you less than 5 minutes to reach the town of Saint-François and find all the conveniences: shopping area, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish and spice market.

You will not miss the inevitable Marina of Saint-François, where you can enjoy restaurants with a varied menu, and shop in its many boutiques. The Saint-François International Golf Course, the Casino, and the Aerodrome are all located only 5 minutes from your luxury villa in Guadeloupe.

Great place! good services
The villa has 4 air conditioning units, one in each bedroom but none in the center where the kitchen, evening room, and dining room are. You have AC if you open the windows and doors, but you get all the bugs with it, including voracious sand flies and mosquitoes. You can go around it if you open all ACs max at the same time in the bedrooms with all bedroom doors open. The on-site manager Patrick was outstanding, handling all the problems we got the same day and sometimes within a couple of hours.

Super séjour!
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La Villa est fidèle aux photos, l'emplacement est excellent avec l'accès direct à la mer (prévoir chaussures d'eau), proximité de 2 épiceries et plusieurs restaurants et boutiques. Le service de concierge est fiable nous avons eu des enjeux d'air climatisé et la réponse fut rapide. Merci pour le "kit" de bienvenue :)

Une perle au bord du lagon !
Villa très bien située, à proximité de la marina, le long du golf. Quartier calme. Propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Accueil très chaleureux d'Alain. Entretien quotidien des abords. Ensemble superbe, avec 4 grandes chambres climatisées, cuisine aménagée, bien équipée et moderne, très vaste espace intérieur avec plusieurs coins "salon"... Mais nous avons vécu dehors, à l'arrière, sur la pelouse à l'ombre des palmiers, allongés sur les transats, ou assis autour de la table du carbet. Le lagon est à nos pieds avec un accès direct. A noter : fonds caillouteux, reliquats d'anciens pontons détruits. De là, paddle ou kayak directement praticables (mis à disposition avec la location). La villa est très agréable, la vue est enchanteresse : un coin de paradis.

Le service de conciergerie était génial !!
Très bon séjour la villa est parfaite, et on a adoré le service aux petits soins de zewelcome et de notre concierge, nous avions demandé d'avoir un auto-cuiseur qu'ils ont acheté spécialement pour notre séjour, ainsi que des cocos fraiches pour notre arrivée.
