Villa in a calm closed subdivision with sea access and all amenities. Beautiful villa designed to accommodate 6 to 9 people plus baby. It is a holiday villa where there is great calm. 4X8 salt pool. It is ideal for Golf lovers (5 minutes by car).
You will appreciate this charming villa which is only a few kilometers from the most beautiful beaches of the island and one to 2 minutes. La Gourde, Anse Tarare, Les Salines ... Also, you will be in the center of Saint-François in 5 minutes. Your holidays will be punctuated by the daily market, fishermen returning from fishing, restaurants, shops, the casino and the marina where the boats are just waiting to drop their moorings ... You will have a dream vacation. Layout of the villa: The villa consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (+ 1 bedroom with a fan), 2 bathrooms (shower), dining room, living room, fully equipped kitchen, large covered dining terrace adjoining the pool as well than the great tropical garden. Ideally located in a pleasant ventilated setting 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach,

Wonderful villa, ideal for family vacation
Charming villa is in a secure subdivision and centrally located to area shops, beaches, and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our family consisted of 6 people (5 adults and 1 child) and the villa does not feel cramped at all. There is ample space both outdoors and indoors to hang out and dine. Christine is an exceptional host - Even though it was Mother's Day, she met us at the beach to guide us to the villa. She also supplied some groceries for breakfast as we arrived on a Sunday. Superb property and location. We definitely plan to stay there again when we return to Saint-François.

All was exactly as advertised. Christine was really great to deal with and very helpful. THe pool is awesome. Security is very good. We enjoyed all parts of our stay. Kitchen is well equipped.

La villa est à 2 minutes de la plage Manganao. Celle-ci est mignonne et presque privée. Attention cependant à la baignade côte gauche. Il y a des ressacs lors de grandes vagues.

Agréable séjour
Très belle maison avec extérieur formidable. Le carbet et la piscine sécurisée sont un vrai bonheur. Concernant l'équipement général, cela manque un peu d'entretien (hamacs tâchés, machine à laver en fin de vie, oreillers boulochés, draps et matelas du lit 1 place tâchés, évacuation douche la borieuse et 1 seul étendoir pour une capacité de 9 personnes). Nous avons eu également qu'une serviette par personne ce qui est trop juste pour 1 semaine même en lavant, et absence de serviettes de plage (bien qu'énoncées dans le descriptif) Très bonne communication avec Christine qui s'est démenée pour palier à chaque problème.

Nous avons été déçus par cette location Le propriétaire devrait penser sérieusement à investir s’il veut continuer à louer à ce tarif La maison est bien située mais l’entretien et le ménage laissent à désirer Tout est vieillissant ,du linge de maison au barbecue en passant par l’électricité !! Les draps étaient tachés, ils étaient dépareillés dans la chambre double A notre arrivée plusieurs luminaires ne fonctionnaient pas … un état des lieux correct aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée ! La plupart des luminaires sont uniquement des ampoules de chantier !!! Nous avons dû réclamer un sèche-cheveux Le barbecue étant rouillé et troué nous n’avons pas pu nous en servir L’éclairage du carbet qui aurait pu être un endroit sympa ne fonctionnait pas La maison est prévue pour 8 personnes nous n’étions que 5 et il n’y avait pas assez de fauteuils pour prendre l’apéritif dehors Idem pour les transats !Notre arrivée et notre départ n’ont pas été assurés par Christine mais par un de ses amis …Après quelques réflexions de notre part des aménagements ont été faits durant notre séjour mais l’essentiel reste à faire pour que cette maison soit réellement agréable et à la hauteur des tarifs demandés Elle gagnera en fonctionnalités et en charme !

Maison de vacances Saint François
Maison de famille idéalement placée… l accès à la plage est un vrai plus ! La piscine est super ! Nous avons passé deux semaines en famille à 9 avec 3 enfants et 6 adultes nous nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l étroit. Christine nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec écoute et disponibilité. Ne pas hésiter !

Superbe Villa, idéale pour les enfants car piscine sécurisée!! Accès privé à la plage, restau bar de la plage au top ( repas de midi pour notre dernier jour) Très proche des commerces 5 min en voiture, restaurant tout proches même à pied . Je recommande++++. Le point négatif : ménage et changement literie à revoir très sérieusement .

Excellent séjour dans cette villa très bien équipée et idéalement située. Un grand merci.
Nous avons séjourné à 8 dans cette superbe villa. Chaque jour, nous pouvions profiter de la piscine sécurisée avec des enfants en bas âge. Chaque pièce et la terrasse sont très spacieuses et très bien équipées. Nous avions un accès direct à la plage depuis la maison. En 5 minutes de marche nous étions les pieds dans l'eau. Un grand merci à Christine avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact.

Voyageant en famille (8),nous avons été agréablement surpris par cette villa qui est curieusement plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos. Elle est parfaite lorsque l'on a des enfants, le terrain n'est pas très grand et totalement clos et la piscine est visible de quasi tous les endroits de la maison. Le petit chemin qui permet d'accéder a la plage est très Safe et permet aux enfants de rentrer seuls. Christine est accueillante et tres prévenante. Notre avion arrivant tard dans la soirée, Christine avait prévu notre petit déjeuner du lendemain matin (pain nespresso lait beure et confiture et une petite bouteille de rhum pour notre arrivée. Franchement top.

Séjour de rêve réalisé dans une propriété très sécurisée ,accueil de Christine au top et le confort était au rendez vous .Nous étions avec nos enfants et petits enfants (2 ans 2 ans et demi et 5 ans)et nous avons trouvé vraiment ce que nous cherchions piscine au top plage à 2mn à pied , quoi demander de plus. Maison et piscine tout a fait conforme a la description (100 m pour rejoindre une plage de reve partagée avec un hotel, mais sans souci). Climatisée, grand écran, grand salon, parfaitement entretenue, Christelle est tres réactive et compétente. Lieu très sécurisé, sans bruit
