Recent villa of Standing, with a surface of 180 m² and 200 m² terrace, on a wooded land of 1800 m² without vis-à-vis, idyllic for rest, relaxation and well-being.

3 Separate bedrooms, air-conditioned on the ground floor and a mezzanine of 30m ², Sleeps quality, beds king size, TV 46'LED, very quiet environment.

House designed to live in - outdoors, the air circulates and it is never too hot

The swimming pool of 10m X 4m is salt, its depth is 1.2m to 1.75m, it is equipped with an alarm and color LED lighting, which you can vary according to your desires.

The villa has a reserve of 4000 liters of water which constantly supplies an outdoor shower, 1 external faucet, 1 WC and the washing machine, very important because Guadeloupe very frequently undergoes water cuts (more 'One day a week in 2016)

The 6-7 seater SPA also has chromotherapy.

Outside of games: Babington / net / table tennis ... are at your disposal.

VILLA PARFAITE, détente et repos assuré

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêves entre amis dans cette superbe. La villa est très bien conçu pour 3 couples plus enfants, très spacieuse et surtout il n’y fait jamais trop chaud, car l’air circule sous la terrasse et dans le salon. Les chambres sont très bien isolées et climatisées, literie de qualité et surtout pas de moustique. Grande et belle piscine bien entretenue (1 fois pas semaine, passage du piccinniste). Très grand jardin avec arbres fruitier, pas de vis-à-vis, l'environnement est très calme. La terrasse est très agréable et dispose d’un SPA. La villa est très bien entretenue et Lesly est à votre disposition pour toutes vos questions ou demande (garde d’enfant, repas préparé, …) Point fort sur la SUPERBE cuisine très bien équipée et très agréable et l’isolation des chambres Rien à redire, tout est parfait Venant chaque année en Guadeloupe, nous sommes déjà très mal tombés sur certaine locations (pensez à vérifier l’environnement immédiat, les chambres, qui souvent en Guadeloupe n’ont pas de fenêtre ou de volet, ou la clim est défectueuse, ….) A ne pas manquer, nous reviendrons

Parfait!

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cette très jolie maison et avec toujours autant de plaisir. Quartier calme, terrain clos de murs, intimité garantie. Enfin une maison avec une vraie cuisine et tous les ustensiles possible, litterie grand confort, chambres climatisées, piscine top. Bref, allez y les yeux fermés.

SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons séjournées dans cette magnifique et spacieuse villa une dizaine de jours en famille. L'environnement est d'une tranquillité absolue, belle piscine, terrasse très agréable et grand jardin pour les enfants. Villa très bien entretenue, SUPERBE cuisine très bien équipée. Literie de Qualité, chambre climatisée et bien isolé, donc quasiment pas de moustique (quel soulagement !°). L’annonce est conforme à la villa et aux prestations proposée. Il y a même une réserve d'eau de pluie en cas de coupure d'eau (ce qui arrive fréquemment en Guadeloupe) pour douche extérieure, lave-linge et WC ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, à recommander sans hésiter
