"The apartment was in a great location, literally a stone's throw from the seafront. The apartment had everything we needed, but we did have a problem with the beds - the description said one bedroom had single beds in, the other a double. We brought bedcovers to fit these beds and has such had to buy a double set on our first day in France. I"

Being at the edge of town it was quieter, but still an easy walk to restaurants. The surprise highlight was the fireworks show that evening that we got to watch from the balcony. "

"The property lives up to its advert however in their efforts to satisfy guests needs they have cluttered the unit with too much furniture. Not needing the spare bedroom we moved several chairs in there to stop falling over them. Also checking in was a chore. We arrived at the specified time to find reception in darkness. We moved to 'B' block and the 'reception' there was also unavailable. After several texts & calls we found the instructions not quite clear and we were applying the pass code...

"Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment war sauber und gepflegt (nur das Doppelbett 1,40 m könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen). Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Ausblick auf den Leuchtturm. Vor dem Haus gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze und Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafes sind zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Strand läuft man 15 Minuten. "

"Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem ist es ruhig. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Zimmer waren wie abgebildet und schön eingerichtet. Abzug gibt es für die Sauberkeit in der Küche. Herd und Backofen waren verkrustet, Besteck und Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber. Das lag wohl an der Funktionsfähigkeit der Spülmaschine, auch diese müsste mal gewartet werden (entkalken, klarspüler etc. nachfüllen). Deshalb gibts insgesamt nur 4 Sterne."
