Duplex Le clocher

This spacious, comfortable duplex apartment, lovingly restored in 2023, occupies the 2nd and top floor of the building in the heart of Saint-Flour's historic town centre. It is fully equipped, with a real kitchen, dining area and TV lounge. On the upper floor, it offers a view of one of the town's bell towers, which was maintained by the clockmaker.
Ideal for a couple or two, or a family, the duplex apartment on the 1st floor comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa-bed where you can watch one of the 40 channels in the SFR TV package. Via the wifi (fibre box) you can connect to one of your favourite platforms. Separate WC.
The 2nd floor, accessible via the interior staircase, opens onto a spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom (towels and sheets provided) and walk-in shower. The new king-size bed and the comfortable layout of the room will allow you to relax after a day's work or sightseeing.

The main door, fitted with a keypad, allows you to enter the clockmaker's former workshop from the street.
As you pass by (please do not touch), you will be able to see some of the clocks and pendulums made by the watchmakers who worked in Saint-Flour before him. At the far end of the room, take the staircase to the landing door of your duplex flat. A code handle, guaranteeing a safe and independent stay, opens a door onto a second staircase leading up to ‘Le clocher’. The door handle of the duplex apartment has a code to ensure a safe and secure stay.
