"Beautiful studio right on the beach… we could walk from our back door on the beach all the way to Plage des Raisin Claire. We’ll equipped kitchenette (cutting board, salad spinner) we were able to prepare several nice meals. Super clean. Property manager very professional."

"C'était un mélange de congés et de télétravail, j'ai eu un très beau séjour, le studio est superbement équipé, Valérie a veillé à ce que tout y soit, avec le moindre petit détail, le linge maison est de très bonne qualité et en quantité suffisante, et l'accueil à mon arrivée était superbe. Valerie est très attentive à ce que tout soit parfait. Vous avez un Leclerc pas très loin en voiture, ce qui est vraiment très pratique, de très bon restaurants aussi à la Marina et ensuite au Gosier centre...

"The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the lady in charge of welcoming at your arrival very efficient and friendly. The complex where the flat is located is very nice, with a gorgeous swimming pool and a nice, small beach. It's mantained clean and the garden is ok, also the safety level is high on the 24 hours.The only risk is sometimes a lack of water, but it's only few hoiurs a week and the flat is provided with a small reserve of water. "

"This was our second time staying at Cathy’s beautiful home. We love it there. The hosts are so hospitable, and the property is beautiful! It is also such a good location. So close to Plage des alizés and Plage de la Porte d’Enfer which are both stunning. And the view of the waves as we drive through town always makes us smile. Close to the supermarché and lots of good restaurants. We will continue to stay here every time we visit Guadeloupe! Merci!"

"Rented this studio for a week, I have to say I liked the location, the pool was awesome and it came at a good price. Does need some updates as condo is a bit outdated. But overall, great stay, we had a wonderful time in Guadeloupe. Would definitely want to return to Anse des Rochers."

"Our "home" in Guadeloupe was just as advertised. There is a spectacular view of the sea from the apartment. The small grocery store on the 1st floor had everything that we needed for the stay. It was easy to get around on the bus system."

"This property was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a very quiet area. However, we felt somethings could have been better inside the unit. For us we felt the bed was very hard and the pillows very uncomfortable. The furniture ( sofa and chair) also very hard. The kitchen was nicely equipped, although the toaster should be replaced. It didn't work. Tvs were the smallest we have ever seen. Overall we probabaly wouldnt stay here again."

"It was a nice stay in a groundfloor holiday appartment of a vacation compound. It is ideal for a quiet and relax stay, with easy access to the tourist centre (by car) of St. Anne and all the basic shops, restaurants and activities. There is a private parking space for your (rental) car. The appartment itself is comfortable with all the necessary amenities and offers a nice place to stay and relax, also for families with children. There is nice equipment and the appartment is well furnished....

"We had a great stay at Le Petit Havre. The appartment was good and nice and the best part is in a few minutes you walk to 1 of the most stunning beaches you will ever see. Follow around the beach the small paths and you will see beautifull places where its not that crowded. Valerie. the owner is a great woman who helps you where ever see can, and also she speaks english! Once again it was a great stay . Nous avions réservé les deux villas car nous recherchions un logement avec 7 chambre individuels. L'hébergement à tout à fait répondu à notre attente. Les plus belles plages ne sont pas très loin ainsi que les commerces. Je recommande fortement cette location."
