"Lovely hotel. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Amazing breakfast too. Few negatives - shower was a dribble and in our toilet the water kept flowing until you re-pressed the chain but to be fair we didn’t report either issue so the hotel didn’t even have a chance to solve them. We only stayed for 2 nights so got in with it. The hotel arranged our transfer back to the airport which was excellent. (Assume they would have picked us up from the airport if I’d got in touch and asked!). Awesome...

"The hotel itself is beginning to look a little dated compared to othe ibises, but it was clean and tidy and had the usual ibis comfort, however what it lacked in modernness it more than made up for by it’s amazing staff , a special mention has to go the young man who greeted me on my very late arrival was so friendly, polite and welcoming , but all the other staff were equally as nice . They are a credit to the ibis name "

"Photos on hotels.com are extremely misleading, room I got was very old and tired. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. I asked at reception and was told none available for the room. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly but this does not make up for the room being nothing like the photos. Just old and run down and lacking facilities. Plus the Wi-Fi did not work for my entire two day stay. I’m assuming some rooms have been renovated but I got given an un renovated room...
