My only "complaints" were that Hotels.com said checkout was at 12.00 (midday) but the hotel stated it was at 11.00am, and I booked the mansardee room but received a slightly smaller normal room. However overall the experience was excellent and the price was very reasonable."

"We were a few lads returning to Guernsey and just needed a hotel for one night before early ferry next day. I would have loved to have stayed longer and taken advantage of the pool and gym. Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. I do miss my kettle in the room but you can get free tea/coffee at reception. Once they realised that we were checking out so early the receptionist arranged for breakfast to be available. Secure car park, short walk to bus stop for the old town. "
