Pretty little holiday home located in a quiet area, comprising on the ground floor a living room with a sofa bed (140), dining table with chairs and flat screen TV, kitchen open to the living room fully equipped and furnished (fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, mini oven, dishwasher, toaster, gas hob), separate toilet.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with two beds (140) with cupboard, a bathroom with shower cabin, a second bedroom with two beds (140), cupboard and TV, hallway with washing machine.
Outside, pleasant terrace with garden furniture, sink, plancha. Parking on the street.

The best thing about this rental by the sea: Immediate proximity to a cycle path, Saint-Denis city centre 2km away, beach accessible about 6 minutes by bike.

Découverte d’Oleron
Petite maison totalement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les animaux sont acceptés. En juin le secteur est calme et nous avons pu nous garer facilement dans la rue. Nous avons été bien accueillis et l’agence était toujours disponible en cas de besoin. L’espace extérieur se limite à la terrasse, il n’y a pas de terrain. La piste cyclable est toute proche mais il n’y a pas d’endroit où ranger les vélos donc nous n’en avons pas loués. Beaucoup de choses à découvrir en 15 jours et beaucoup de plages. Les commerçants sont sympathiques Bref un très bon séjour , je recommande vivement.
