La maison se compose d' un rez-de-chaussée avec une chambre avec salle de bain et wc, le salon séjour avec canapé et télévision, une grande cuisine toute équipée donnant sur un patio ombragé pour prendre vos repas.
Vous pourrez profiter d' un extérieur entièrement aménagé avec une terrasse en bois exotique ainsi que d'une piscine avec douche extérieure.
A l' étage, vous profiterez du coin nuit avec 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec baignoire, douche et double vasque et d'une salle d' eau avec WC.
La villa est située en plein coeur des Lecques à 50 mètres des plages, boutiques, restaurants et plages privées qui offrent des instants "sunset" les pieds dans l' eau.

Très bien placé, tout à pied et la plage à 50 mètres
Des propriétaires très sympathiques qui vous accueillent de de façon très naturelle et qui vous présentent tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans le secteur de St CYR sur Mer. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre et les nuits sont très calmes. La petite piscine est très agréable pour se rafraîchir et jouer avec les enfants en bas âges et pour les grands nageurs la plage ne se trouve qu’à 50 mètres. Toutes les vacances à pieds, pas besoin de voiture.
