Nous avons passé un bon Week-end de l'ascension à Saint Cyr sur Mer. L'emplacement du studio est idéal (proche plage et port...) et vue sur mer avec beau coucher de soleil. Le propriétaire était joignable facilement et nous a mis une bouteille de rosé au frais en guise d'accueil... Un peu déçu du studio qui n'était pas très propre. Des travaux et du rafraîchissement sont nécessaires (robinet de cuisine, carrelage qui se décolle, plan de travail...) et la literie de la mezzanine est à changer (sommier cassé...). La terrasse était encombrée et non nettoyée. Dommage, car pour le reste c'était parfait !

Appartement vétuste
L'appartement nécessite une rénovation complète, idem au niveau des équipements de bases ex: 2 chaises cassées sur 4, le robinet de la cuisine ne tient plus et il est vrai que le vélux se ferme difficilement. L'emplacement est parfait et la vue est magnifique. Malgré la disponibilité et la gentillesse du propriétaire nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement.

Ankommen, wohlfühlen, genießen
Es ist eine Wohnung, die wir sehr mochten. Mittlerer Standard, eher rustikal, alles vorhanden. WiFi tadellos. André ist sehr sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Blick vom Balkon liess keine Wünsche offen, war traumhaft. Keine Morgensonne, dafür wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge. Kleiner Supermarkt in Laufnähe, genau wie der Strand. WIR KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER!

A fuir absolument !!!!
Tout est à refaire! Le vélux ferme trés difficilement et quand nous y arrivons il y a du plâtre d'une ancienne inondation non réparée qui tombe sur le lit. Le lave vaisselle ne lave pas, la douche est bouchée même en ayant mis du Destop et je parle même pas de l'état des joints. Le mini four est tellement abîmé qu'on n'ose pas s'en servir. Le robinet de la cuisine est prêt à tomber et a été rafistolé à plusieurs reprise. Je tiens à la disposition d'Abritel des photos de l'appartement. Le minimum serait d'avoir un dédommagement

Appartement fonctionnel, un peu daté mais très bien situé avec une superbe vue. Très bien accueilli par le propriétaire. L’appartement répond et tous les besoins pour des vacances au soleil.

Great location, great view
The location of this property is great, wonderful view of the sea, just a few minutes on foot from the beach and restaurants. The house has everything you need, but it could use a renovation, some things are tatty or broken. The owner is very helpful and kind.

Location sale vetuste materiels en piteux état velux de la chambre hors service (ne se ferme plus) et j'en passe c'est intolérable de louer des appartements comme celui ci seule satisfaction jolie vue mer mais ça n'excuse pas le reste un dédommagements serait mérité vue notre grande déception.

Appartement très bien situé avec jolie vue sur la mer bien équipé pour un séjour agréable (lave vaisselle, machine à laver petit four, micro onde ...). Cela dit appartement avec mobilier vieillissant qui méritera d'être renouvelé.

Super endroit !
L'appartement est propre, le propriétaire est très gentil. La plage de sable est à 3 minutes à pied. La plage de pierre est à 10 minutes. Tout est parfait !
