You would do everything on foot once the vehicle is parked. The large beach of Lecques at 20 meters. The pink promenade the shops the children's park the bowling alley the sailing school is located less than 30 meters.

Séjour très bref mais première impression très mitigée
Accueil par le mari de la propriétaire qui ne pouvait pas être présente. Il a été très aimable même si l'accueil fut très bref. La propriétaire devait passer nous voir par la suite. Nous avons dû quitter le logement à peine une heure après notre arrivee pour raison familiale. La première impression a été très mitigée surtout par rapport aux autres avis.... La vue est clairement magnifique avec d'immenses baies vitrees. Il y a un accès direct depuis le parking pour se rendre sur la plage. Emplacement de parking privatif qui est un gros plus. L'appartement est immense, très spacieux mais comme il est très peu meublé, il fait très vide. Les meubles ont bien vécu, notamment le canapé ( emplacement des assises et têtes totalement décolorés ) et la table de salon. Abat-jour de la lampe de salon taché d'oreoles. Poignée de porte cassée entre la partie nuit et jour. Four qui n'a pas été nettoyé. Papier peint déchiré dans les toilettes. Nombreuses traces sur les murs blancs ( éclaboussures, moisissures au plafond...) qui ont bien besoin d'un coup de peinture. Les salles de bains sont minuscules... Nous avons eu la joie de tomber sur un cafard agonisant sur le dos...Les joints de carrelage ont besoin d'être refaits . L'appartement a un gros potentiel mais il a vraiment besoin d'un menage de fond ( placards très sales, sous les lits...) et d'une remise à neuf. Cet avis s'est fait sur juste une heure de présence.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in absoluter Toplage
Wir haben in dieser Wohnung wunderschöne Ferien verlebt. Die Wohnung ist exakt wie beschrieben und riesig. Der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Direkter Zugang zum Strand und zum Meer. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin wunderbar! Wir kommen wieder!

Idéalement placé avec vue mer
L'appartement offre une belle pièce de vie avec très belle vue mer et plage à 30m, idéal pour profiter pleinement de la plage. Commerces à proximité restaurants, bars et supermarchés. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite sans prendre la voiture fréquemment. Un peu de bruit le matin car vie commercante mais on ne peut pas tout avoir ! Sophie est très efficace et présente si besoin, merci !

Ärger im Nachgang mit den Vermietern
wir -haben die Wohnung in top-Zustand verlassen und ohne Mängel übergeben. im nachhinein bemängelten die Vermieter jedoch insbesondere einen Stuhl, den wir wegen einer schon vorhandenen Beschädigung an die Seite gestellt hatten, und machen dafür Schadenersatz geltend. Wir können also vor diesen Vermietern nur warnen - und sind auch von Ferienwohnung-direkt enttäuscht, die unsere Darstellung gar nicht berücksicht haben.

Direkt am Meer großzügiges Appartement mit genialem Blick
Durch die große Fensterglasfront hat man einen großartigen Blick über die Bucht von La Ciotat bis La Madrague. Obwohl direkt vor dem Haus großer Strandbetrieb ist, bleibt es insgesamt ruhig (nachts hin und wieder lärmende Jugendliche). Die Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht und geschmackvoll. Viel Raum. Überall Klima-Anlage. Einziger Mangel: die sehr einfache Küchenzeile. Induktionsherd und Backofen sind billig, Geschirr und Besteck gerade mal ausreichend. Wer hier ordentlich kochen möchte, sollte seine eigene Küche mitbringen. Die Küchensituation steht also im krasssen Gegensatz zu allen sonstigen Einrichtungsgegenständen.

Vue magnifique !
Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, bien meublé, literie de bonne qualité. Longue terrasse avec vue à couper le souffle. (La mer est différente chaque jour et le ciel aussi) Parking privatisé, et surtout la cerise sur le gâteau : portillon pour accéder directement sur la plage. Bien placé car commerces à proximité. Propriétaire disponible, nous reviendrons car nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

L'appartement ne pourrai pas être mieux situé: tous les commerces sont juste à côté, la plage à 20m, terrasse avec vue mer. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et à disposition si besoin. L'appartement en lui même est grand, propre et bien équipé.

Deuxième séjour et toujours envie d’y revenir. Une pause sur noël avec cette magnifique vue et les coucher de soleil incroyable. Une expérience à faire toute l’année les pieds dans l’eau… Nous avons déjeuner au soleil sur la terrasse en T-shirt un 26 décembre 🦋 Un grand merci à Sophie.
