Separate toilets. On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom with 1 180 cm bed (90X200 cm box springs and mattresses), cupboards and small loggia. A 2nd bedroom with 1 180 cm bed (90X200 cm box springs and mattresses), cupboards. Bathroom. Possibility to park 1 small vehicle in the narrow driveway at the front. E/W exposure. Ideal for family holidays, located approx. 500m from the beach, AQUALAND and shops. RES. WITH SMALL SECURE POOL, open from 01/6 TO 30/9, subject to prefectural authorization following the drought problems in the department. PETS ALLOWED.
