very spacious and well appointed (50 m2), on the 1st floor in a pretty tree-lined residence located in a very sought after area of St Cyprien.

The apartment includes accommodation for 6 people and enjoys a very nice view. It has a beautiful terrace sheltered from the wind and always in the sun, with a garden furniture for 6 people, large parasol and an electric barbecue.
The apartment is composed as follows:
-Spacious living room with well-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 mini-oven, 1 microwave oven, hob, 1 electric coffee maker and electric toaster, lots of dishes, etc ..... )washing machine

appréciations générales

super accueil par AUDE propriétaire arrangeant bel appartement bien situé rapport commerces de proximité, mais pas assez de rangement. très belle piscine mais avons regretté l'absence de transat et parasol. La douche de l accès piscine ne fonctionnait pas et les toilettes pas très propres .... les plages sont très belles, pas facile d'accès mais ne conviennent pas à une personne en handicap.

St Cyprien revisited!

Lovely apartment, excellent in every respect in a very good location with commercial centre within walking distance and beaches a few minutes away. Superb swimming pool and the bikes were very useful.

grand appartement bien aménagé et équipé. Aération un peu trop présente et "vibrante". Accueil sympathique du prestataire cependant difficile à contacter (ne rappelle pas, n'a pas de forfait pour l'étranger). Vélos mis à disposition. Proche des commerces. Location à recommander.

Location dans une résidence très bien. Piscine et place de parking. Petit centre commercial à proximité. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par des gens très sympathiques. L'appartement est spacieux. bonjour a tous je ne peux donner que 5 étoiles a cette location il en faudrait 6(étoiles) tres bien situé ,proche des commerces,très calme, un parking sécurisé,, proche du port, de la marina , l'appartement très propre est particulièrement bien équipé vaisselles suffisantes, literie top cerise sur le gâteau le propriétaire est sympa et de plus, très réactif. adresse a conseiller bonne année a tous !!!

L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux présentations du site: très bien agencé, très propre, très fonctionnel (nous étions 5: 2 adultes et 3 ados). La personne qui nous a accueillie (le propriétaire n'étant pas sur place) a été très sympathique et surtout très rapide et efficace pour résoudre un problème de serrure (même le dimanche). Un peu loin de la plage (la piscine n’était pas accessible à cette période de l'année), la location est cependant très tranquille.

L'appartement correspond bien à la présentation sur le site: spacieux (nous étions 5: 2 adultes et 3 ados), propre et fonctionnel. La personne qui nous a accueillis (le propriétaire n’étant pas sur place) a été très sympathique mais surtout rapide et efficace pour régler un problème de serrure (même un dimanche soir). La plage est un peu loin mais le quartier est tranquille et des vélos sont à disposition. Il y a de nombreuses pistes cyclables ombragées. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cet appartement.
