"Really great location, and the staff was very helpful, offering suggestions for things to do in the area. The room itself, however, was incredibly small. Maybe 9 x 9‘. The bathroom was about 4 x 4‘, including the shower. So there was nowhere to put anything down in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable with good quality sheets, but the blanket left for the bed was twin sized, for a queen bed, so it barely reached the edges of the bed. "The room was adequate for a one night stay, however not as close to town as expected and up a lot of stairs unless you know an alternate route. Taxis not so easy to get. I would suggest anybody walking to look up the route for cars so you don’t have stairs, with suitcases. Very helpful with suggestions of better walking routes and places to eat and happy to store our bags for the day. A electric jug is provided in the room but no tea or coffee, which is unusual and rather pointless. Comfortable...

"Really nice apartment with an amazing view, 10 minutes walk from Hvar Town. Ivanka was so friendly and helpful. Helped us finding a ferry from split for a good price and gave us amazing recommendations in Hvar. Would definitely book again! "

"I highly recommend this modern apartment for your visit to Hvar. It is fully equipped with kitchen, wifi, AC and fantastic terrace overlooking the town. The management (Ana) is excellent, with great communications before, during and after the visit. Everything is quiet as you sit above the town, but also convenient walking to the town for all activities. Really enjoyed the island and my stay. Be sure to do some boat excursions and spend a day or 2 exploring the other parts of the island....

"Nice room in a nice location 10 mins walk to the port. Semi sea view (it's half blocked). Anita was very helpful. My only and main issue is there was no WiFi which can be a deal breaker if you don't have roaming data. "

"Location was good and close enough walk to store and beach. Helpful owner at check in - we were grateful he helped carry bags up stairs to our room. Parking free and easy access at side entrance. Cute small pool in front. The only downside, the drain in both shower and sink was slow draining. "

"We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms have been recently refurbished so are fantastic, and the restaurant is well known on the island as a great place to eat. Only 12 rooms means it’s quiet by the pool and you can always get a lounger, and the breakfast is quality and HUGE - we didn’t need it every day. Thank you!"

"Totally false misleading room description - the basic "Double Room, Balcony, Sea View" option was described as "45 square meters" with "sea view" and "kitchenette". The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other...

Great stay at the Adriana! Not Beach Bay!

"The stay itself was wonderful, we had a gorgeous view from our room and the Adriana resort is gorgeous. The only issue was that we booked for Beach Bay but didn’t get to stay at the hotel we originally booked. We showed up and they had already closed for the season, but we never received any message from Hotels.com about it. There was definite confusion at the beginning, but they got us in at their sister hotel which was beautiful. "
