"Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement."

"The location is ideal - literally attached to the cathedral, walking distance from everything. Large apartment with a balcony. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience living in the centre of Angers. Couldn't have asked for much more."

"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"This property exceeded all of our expectations! It was clean, extremely well-equipped for children, and spacious. The beds were firm and comfortable. Our host Claire was easy to communicate with and very helpful. The pool is heated and Claire takes great care of it. There is also a games room outside (archery, darts, ping pong) and toys and books for the children - when they get tired of visiting the friendly goats! We also really enjoyed the property’s close location to a well-stocked grocery...

It was very comfortable for two - comfy bed in a romantic middle room and a cosy kitchen with a great view through the main door and with the option to eat outside. There are great walks and we really appreciated riding around on the bikes that we were provided with. There was plenty to do for five days. "Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

"Séjour de 2 nuits à 12 personnes (12 adultes et 2 enfants). Grande maison rénovée récemment et très bien équipée. Idéale pour un groupe de 12 personnes grâce aux 5 chambres et aux 2 SDB. La maison est située à côté de domaines viticoles, ce qui permet de belles promenades. Les propriétaires répondent rapidement aux questions. Petits et grands ont apprécié ce week-end ! Nous recommandons vivement cette maison !"

"We received a warm welcome from the proprietor, Sylvie, at this pleasant modern 1st Floor riverside property with nice views along the Loire, and an open terrace for al fresco dining. Within a short walk from many local restaurants, shops, and the twice weekly local market, it makes a good base to visit the many local Chateaux, and is at the heart of the Anjou vineyards for tastings etc."

Domaine très bien équipé, draps à disposition c top, jardin très bien entretenu et fleuri. Alors pour les chiens peureux c pas top, il y a pas trop loin des effaroucheurs pour oiseaux. "Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view.
