"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa, with a heated pool for the children (two girls aged 9 and 12), ping pong table and boule for entertainment. An outdoor grill, table outside (and in), parking is easy, lovely trails for running recommended by Paul. The villa is close to the town, just a short walk (15 mins downhill), where you have lovely boutique shops and restaurants. We also booked a canyoning trip. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Paul for being a great host."

"We stayed here during the heatwave that was crossing Europe. A little worried about this, in fact there was no need. The pool was perfect and no problem with it not being heated. The villa was wonderfully airy and you could get a great breeze running through it. We had a problem with a door at one point but our hosts got someone in to fix it immediately. You are 5 minutes from the local intermarche so getting provisions was dead easy. Was a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend"

"Schönes neues, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit grossem Umschwung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Begrüssung durch einen sehr hilfsbereiten, aber offensichtlich etwas überforderten Jäger (Schwiegerpapa des Besitzers). Die grosse Hitze (bis 37°C) kann leider nicht gut ertragen werden, da Sonnenstoren und Markisen fehlen !!! Nur in den Schlafzimmern wird die Sonne durch dicke Vor-hänge draussen gehalten. So muss man mangels Schatten-plätzen sich sehr oft im dafür aber phantastischen Pool (4 x 12 m)...

"My husband and I have just spent the most relaxing holiday staying in this beautiful gite. From the welcome we had on arrival, to the morning of departure, everything was just perfect. "This old building has been converted to an attractive and comfortable gite, with excellent views from the garden. It's a long way up the hill so quite cool. Hard to find the right building as we did not have adequate directions. The giveaway is the owner's name on the cover for the electricity meter on the wall alongside the road. Cleaning, bedlinen and towels are extra."

Sticky floors and dirty walls

"The room was a run down combined bathroom/bedroom and the toilet was hidden in a closet like space behind a thin door without lock. The room itself had sticky dirty floors and the walls were full of dirt/boogers or other unpleasant things. We could hear other hotel guests fighting the whole night and the road outside were noisy too. The view on the photos could be seen from the corridor, not from the room. Beds clean but hard. "
