"We had a wonderful time in Arles and the property was located in a rural setting, but close to all the sites we wanted to visit. The property was well maintained, clean and everything worked well. The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. Very kind and helpful, even driving me into town for a quick tour and stop at the local market on arrival. They were quiet and there when needed with a smile. "We stayed for 3 weeks. This is our second stay in the Camargue and we are enchanted by it. The manade itself is large and quite busy, sometimes a bit noisy as they occasionally get large groups visiting. But that doesn't matter as it was fascinating to watch them at work with the horses and bulls. Brigitte was kind enough to take us in her truck to watch a round-up, which was fascinating. "As our first venture to Provence, we could not have picked a better family home to stay in. Claude and his wife were great hosts and everything we needed as a family with a toddler was available. St Remy was a lovely visit and the market day on Wednesday was a real treat. We could not find any fault with the place and spoke with Claude on our lat night (over a glass of Cremant) about returning next year!"

"The house is newly done, including the bathrooms so feels very clean. The furnishing however is tacky and not comfortable. But, the beds are all uncomfortable & creeky. Impossible to move without making noise. The pillows very uncomfortable. The sofas & chairs, except the indoor dining table, are very uncomfortable also. There is a lack of glasses & mugs. "We had a great stay in the Camargue, despite a little more rain than we would have liked! The gite is beautifully situated overlooking an open grassy field and surrounding trees. We were made to feel welcome. The immediate area is very peaceful. It is well placed as a base from which to explore the wider Camargue and further afield."

"This is a pleasant, quiet, updated and well-maintained small stone house. The garden is beautiful and restful, and the location is excellent. A few things: there is a narrow, very steep spiral staircase which is not for the uncoordinated or faint of heart. The kitchen is minimal, with little tableware, a half-dishwasher, and no oven, which we note because we had intended on baking a birthday cake. The landlady/family are very nice and help to make for a pleasant stay."

"Wonderful property, newly renovated with taste and quality, efficient and friendly host (thank you Aurelie), great facilities and equipment outside/inside the house. Very nice restaurants with authentic cuisine within less than 15 min drive. Dont’t look elsewhere if you plan to stay in mallemort/pont royal area, especially if you want to rest and enjoy family/friend time."

"The troglodyte house was exactly as described - made from a cave set in teh side of a hill. It was comfortable and well furnished, and we received a very warm welcome from the owners. The balcony with its view over Saint Chamas was the best part. The house is well situated for exploring Provence but if you're hiring a car, don't choose anything too big - the lanes leading to the property are narrow and the parking is best-suited to a small-medium car!"
