The fully equipped laundry room and kitchen was a plus. Jackie and Michel were great on-property hosts. "We stayed for 3 weeks. This is our second stay in the Camargue and we are enchanted by it. The manade itself is large and quite busy, sometimes a bit noisy as they occasionally get large groups visiting. But that doesn't matter as it was fascinating to watch them at work with the horses and bulls. Brigitte was kind enough to take us in her truck to watch a round-up, which was fascinating. "As our first venture to Provence, we could not have picked a better family home to stay in. Claude and his wife were great hosts and everything we needed as a family with a toddler was available. St Remy was a lovely visit and the market day on Wednesday was a real treat. We could not find any fault with the place and spoke with Claude on our lat night (over a glass of Cremant) about returning next year!"

"The house is newly done, including the bathrooms so feels very clean. The furnishing however is tacky and not comfortable. But, the beds are all uncomfortable & creeky. Impossible to move without making noise. The pillows very uncomfortable. The sofas & chairs, except the indoor dining table, are very uncomfortable also. There is a lack of glasses & mugs. The open kitchen, dining room and family room are perfect for eating or relaxing in after a day of touring. Our host Kai was very helpful with providing restaurant recommendations, and information about local events. We would give this property 6 starts if we could!!"
