The villa is located on its own fenced property. You can park your car under an olive tree. The grounds are flat with a lawn where children can romp. Adjacent to the garden is an orchard with fruit trees; you may pick whatever is ripe to your pleasure.

The pool has Roman walk-in steps, a sun terrace and a covered terrace. There you will also find a shower. There is a safety deck for the pool (manually operated) which also helps to achieve a pleasant water temperature early in the year. Near the villa is a large covered terrace with dining table and barbecue (charcoal) A little further is a lounge terrace, also covered.
