La Fleur du Moulin - Charmante maison avec jardin proche plage

In Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, we offer this charming house with sea view for rent. Situated 400m from the beach, it has a surface area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 60 m² garden. End-of-stay cleaning, sheets and towels are included in the rental price. All you have to do is put down your luggage!

The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with convertible sofa (double bed), TV, Wifi.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: on the second floor with double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 on the mezzanine floor : on the second floor with a single bed. Access via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under 10 (under the roof, rather cramped).
- Bathroom with shower
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following complementary equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron and a cot.

Exterior:
- A small 60 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment, right in the center of town, 400m from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
- Nearest train station: St Malo, approx. 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 80 km

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wifi available
- July and August: There's a market every Monday from 07:00 to 15:00. We therefore advise you to park your vehicle in a parallel street on Sunday evening if you plan to travel on Monday morning. The summer market is right in front of the house.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialized in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand to help you make the most of your stay.

La Fleur du Moulin "We didn’t have much interaction with the agency but we did meet the owner of the property who was very helpful and friendly. The house itself is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from local amenities in one direction and 5 minutes from the beach in the other. The property was pristine and has everything we needed. It’s a very peaceful and quiet area and larger cities are easy to drive to. I would definitely recommend !"

En revanche une des chambres est située dans les combles avec un escalier très raide et surtout sans possibilité d’être debout sauf au centre de la pièce, pas de porte pour isoler du bruit et pas de rangement pour les vêtements c’est le seul point qui n’est pas clairement indiqué dans l’annonce !"

La Fleur du Moulin "Außergewöhnlich 🙂 Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einem netten Ort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort und war für uns (drei Personen) perfekt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, gut eingerichtete Küche, kleiner Garten mit Sitzmöbeln. Die Betten sind super bequem und das Auto parkt direkt vor der Tür. In der näheren Umgebung ist alles per Fuß erreichbar (Bäcker, Lebensmittel und natürlich das Meer). Mit dem Bus erreicht man die anderen Küstenorte bis Saint-Malo. Montags ist ein toller Markt auf der Straße."

Il y a même moyen de recharger sa voiture avec une prise installée a l'extérieur. La recharge est très lente (2kwh donc plus de 24h pour charger une Tesla) mais c'est deja bien. Très bien équipé avec lave linge séchant, lave vaisselle, micro ondes, ... 🙁 Impossible d'activer le chauffage dans la chambre double (fait soulever un couvercle...), prise pour recharger véhicule électrique lente. A deux ça va, a 3 c'est juste."

La Fleur du Moulin Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison très agréable qui propose un confort moderne avec beaucoup d équipements. La maison est très calme et très bien insonorisée. Elle est aussi très bien située dans Saint Briac puisqu’elle est à la fois proche de la plage et du centre du village. Nous avons aussi eu l occasion de rencontrer le propriétaire qui est sympathique. En bref nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Un livret d'accueil serait utile notamment pour les informations pratiques liées à la ville. Egalement préciser la possibilité de charger sa voiture (hybride ou électrique), ce qui est un vrai plus, dommage que nous ne le savions pas, nous aurions pu l'utiliser si nous avions pris le câble de recharge adapté !"
