"We enjoyed a fantastic week at Valerie’s property. So close to the beach, a 5 minute walk to the Boulangerie and supermarket. The property had air con in the main area which was a welcome relief and was perfectly clean on arrival.There was no outdoor space as such for the kids to play but that was no problem due to how close the property was to the lake. Less than 20 minutes away there was a nice walk with Paragliding opportunities, and a nice chateau to visit which was a good 20 minutes walk...

"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Nous sommes venu à 2 avec nos 2 chiens et avons passez un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé entre Annecy et Aix Les Bains, ce qui permet de visiter les environs sans faire trop de trajet. La maison est au calme, et la terrasse en hauteur donne sur une superbe vue. Le logement est plutôt frais en journée ce qui est appréciable durant les fortes chaleurs. "Good location near train station, easy walk to old town. Mini-kitchen very helpful (esp. microwave fridge). WiFi was very weak (~3.5mps) -- we ended up using tourist data SIM chip on cell instead. Room slightly warm (~24.5C)... not certain if the room has decent AC or not (might simply have been switched off for the season)...could easily open windows with slight but not terrible train noise. Friendly staff."

"We stayed here for a night to catch a train the next day. Very convenient. Restaurants near by. Friendly staff. Our room faced the street so it was a bit noisy at night but to be expected. We would stay here again. Oh and breakfast was fabulous!"
