"Good welcome. English spoken. Modern lift, large well laid out room. Comfortable beds, extra blanket, Fridge with two bottles of water. Kettle with tea and coffee. Wifi, Large walk in shower - plenty of hot water Good parking right out side the door or underground - small payment. In fact everything you could need and more. The restaurant, too was excellent - choice of French or Vietnamese cuisine, good wine list all at a very reasonable price all cooked on the premises. The pintade (guinea fowl) was amazing. As was the creme brulee. We will DEFINATELY be staying there again and would heartily recommend this hotel and its food."

"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids happy mum and dad thanks Matt"

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance. Carcassonne easy 20 minute drive from gite. About a hours straightforward drive from Toulouse Airport. We will stay again in the future."

"The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. Reception was welcoming and spacious. Staff were very pleasant and nothing was any bother. Breakfast was self service with good choices of cheese, bread and pastries. Parking was reasonable at 10 euros per night in a secure under building car park. The hotel was very close to the "old city" and the city centre. Both within easy walking distance. "

The breakfast can be in your room and there is so much choice, all delicious. "We wanted a chilled, relaxed and lazy holiday in a beautiful environment at a spacious and comfortable villa, we got this and more. Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts. The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool when the weather is hot. Limoux is a short distance away by car, with a huge Leclerc for supplies and lots of affordable restaurants. We have been to France on holiday many times and this was the best, it ticked all the boxes and we will be returning. Thank you Jean Pierre and Basanti!"
