Welcome to our large family home with heated swimming pool from May to October located in Saint-Bathélémy-d'Anjou.
This old residence of 400 m² on 3 Hectares of land is located a few minutes from Angers by car. It is the ideal place for games of hide and seek between children in its private undergrowth, observations of frogs and fish in its central pond, and the labyrinth of galleries and paths, in a contemporary garden sculpted with care !
A small, secure pond will even allow you to take a trip along the water using the small boat provided! Approaching the old wash house which sits in the middle of this bucolic body of water.

In the outbuilding, near the swimming pool, older children and teenagers will find what they are looking for: Table football, ping-pong table
The little ones will be happy to enjoy the trampoline and the swing!
