"Second time staying here and it is a nice hotel to stay at with the family if you have a family room as the kids have there own section. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was broken. But the receptionist was nice and gave us a room accross the hall for me and 1 child. While my wife and the other kid stayed in the orginal room until the bed was fixed the next night. "The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive.
