"Used this hotel as an overnight stop both on our journey down to the south of France and also on our return. Situated close to the railway station, the town centre and the old medieval town which is worth a stroll round. On our arrival on the journey down shortly before dusk the receptionist gave us directions to places to eat, most were closed so ended up at McDonalds!"

"The location of the hotel (at the end of the motorway) is perfect. It was incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. It has very limited facilities eg no gym or relaxation area. Breakfast was limited for our UK palette, eg the only egg option was boiled and you had to do it yourself, so it was not worth (in my view), the £13 pp additional charge. There were also no options for evening dining on site and as our stay included a Sunday and everywhere was closed it caused us...

"Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff! "

"Emplacement excellent, à proximité de Vulcania. Lodges très bien équipés, déco agréable. Nous suggérons la pose d'un spot au-dessus de la cuisine... Nous avons regretté l'absence de bornes électriques, et la proposition de plats à réchauffer pour le dîner n'était pas TOP. Par contre, petits-déjeuners bien complets. Accueil agréable, de nuit comme de jour."

"La maison est bien située, proche de Clermont et du mont dore. La maison est parfaite pour 12-13 personnes. (Grande table, cuisine bien équipée) La seule chose, la maison est pas très bien insonorisée. Je part ça rien à redire. Merci"

"This farmhouse was well equipped and is set in a beautiful scenic area, great for families with lots to keep you entertained. The owner was lovely and very helpful. We had a lovely holiday and were refreshed and relaxed, would highly recommend."
