"We stayed here with our 2 children and it was the highlight of our touring holiday. Andy and Jules are lovely hosts and made us feel really at home. "No one to let us in, another guest opened the lockbox. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was complete, shower was good. Breakfast was help yourself, bread, jams, yoghurts, orange juice, tea and coffee, but no milk! Kitchen was well equipped, oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee makers, etc. Bedroom was quiet with blackout shutters and a small french television. "The best think about this place is the owners...they are delightful. We spoke little French and they spoke little English but with a little help from Google translate all was well. The only things worth mentioning for other travellers to bear in mind is that the property is a good 15 kilometres from the nearest place to eat and is in a very rural setting. However, the breakfast is a must with the best coffee of the 8 places we have stayed in during our France Andorra Spain Belgium road trip....

"Reg and sue great hosts. Loved the room, great bed and bed linen which made for a very comfortable nights sleep. Extremely quiet as well. Breakfast was a joy with the other guests sharing their travel stories and sue providing brilliant service and oodles of good food and coffee. "

"Je ne recommande pas du tout cette chambre d'hôte. Pour moi chambre d'hôte c'est en compagnie de l'habitant. Pas même un verre d'eau offert à l'arrivée. Réception de nos chambres et le propriétaire est reparti en verrouillant toutes les pièces sauf nos chambres, refusant l'accès à la cuisine, nous indiquant qu'il n'était pas un gîte ! si j'avais su j'aurai choisi un gîte ! pas même de quoi se faire une tisane, pas de frigo. 2 chambres.Et il revenait marcher à 8h du matin au dessus de nos têtes....

"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

Le gîte était confortable pour 4 personnes bien équipé et propre juste une petite remarque vérifier que la bonde de la douche soit nettoyée. Heureusement que le monsieur qui s'occupe du logement était là à notre arrivée car je n'avais pas le numéro de l'appartement. À par ça parfait."
