"The shower was good, the bed really uncomfortable, and the coffee for breakfast the worst I've had in my whole life. The person giving me that breakfast seemed annoyed that I didn't know where the breakfast area was and that I asked for milk for the coffee. The area was quiet except for the sound of someone talking most of the night."

"It’s a good location and the breakfast was excellent. It could do with a bit of tlc and if you want to use the rooftop jacuzzi, make sure you book in advance. Also worth checking what day you are going to be in Cilous as eating options are extremely limited on a Monday."

The actual town of Cilaos is so quaint. Really loved it. The actual hotel is quiet, safe, and clean and very centrally located. The parking is very easy and secure as the gate locks at night. Overall, really great place to spend a night or several. Cilaos is a stunning place!"
