"There was one downside of this place - the creeping service fees which are not declared on the Vrbo profile. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

"We had two weeks at this wonderful Gite hosted by a wonderful couple - Brigitte and Thierry. They were very welcoming and their Gite was perfect for three of us, very tastefully decorated and set in an olive grove, lovely to sit and relax in. There was plenty see and do in the region too - a great location for a holiday."

"Pierre is an amazing person, he waited us as we were a bit late to check-in and welcome us with drinks. The place is well maintained, clean and very charming. We are regretting for staying only 3 nights as further 2 nights would be better option. "This is an excellent place to stay, very conveniently situated and in a quiet residential area. We are a couple and we’re lucky enough to have two weeks here. The house is exceptionally clean appliances that all looked new and it is very well equipped. We self catered every night and had everything we needed. There was lots of private outdoor space, comfy chairs and sun loungers. The area is beautiful, so much to see and do all within short distances. We could have easily stayed for longer....

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). "Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
