Semi-detached house in St Amans de Pellagal in Tarn-et Garonne for 3 people

Independent apartment in terraced house of 60 m2 located in the countryside. Tarn-et-Garonne is a department rich in history. Nearby are some very interesting sites (Carcassonne, Gorges de l'Aveyron, Rocamadour, the pink city Toulouse with a visit to the aerospace and the Cité de l'Espace, the Way of St. James ... ). The village of Lauzerte located 5 km from our house is the engine of all the summer festivities (farmer's markets on Wednesday and Saturday morning, gourmet night markets every Thursday evening, various concerts, exhibition of potters' markets, flea market and empty -attic).
Lauzerte is one of the favorite villages of the French, it obtained fourth place out of 14 selected.

Nous avons appréciés l’accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, qui sont entièrement disponibles. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de l’extérieur avec la piscine et la terrasse couverte qui est un vrai atout. Emplacement isolé et au calme en campagne.

Heerlijke tijd
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huis voldeed aan alle verwachtingen met een prachtig ruim terras, heerlijk zwembad en lekker wat ruimte om het huis. Dankzij de goed uitgeruste keuken en de bbq was het makkelijk om de innerlijke mens tevreden te stellen. Lauzerte is een charmant plaatsje en ook Montauban was de moeite waard. Martine is een heel fijne gastvrouw en we wensen haar alle liefs toe.

Brilliant Holiday & Accomodation
After 3 years without a holiday due to the virus we needed a place to relax, surrounded by beautiful scenery and within easy reach of typical French restaurants and of course top class accommodation. We got everything we wished for and more during our stay in this beautiful cottage. A lovely greeting on our arrival meant we were immediately 'at home'. Everywhere spotless. The kitchen though small is well equipped and easily manageable leading onto the outside verandah where we ate daily even through the dramas of a typically French electric storm! The pool and surrounding garden is immaculate. Martin maintains it on a daily basis and we used it almost daily. Wonderful! The property is located about 5 minutes from Lauzerte centre which has numerous restaurants and plenty of parking space and is a most interesting and attractive Bastide town. A brilliant holiday, very much attributable to Martine and Martin, the most helpful , always available yet discreet hosts you could wish for. Thankyou so much for making our holiday so memorable. Merci beaucoup! If you need a relaxing holiday with plenty of options, this is the place for you. Philip & Patricia

Des vacances reposantes dans un écrin de fleurs
Nous avons passé 3 semaines avec nos deux enfants et nos deux chiens dans cette location en tous points de vue identiques à la description. La piscine est entourée de fleurs et donne une vue sur la vallée et la terrasse couverte permet de manger à l'abri du soleil ou des intempéries. Martin et Martine sont très discrets mais néanmoins aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. La région permet de nombreuses visites à moins d'une heure de route. Nous vous conseillons vivement cette location.

TRES BELLE SEMAINE DE VACANCES !
D'abord toute notre reconnaissance à nos hôtes pour leur gentillesse ! Toujours soucieux de notre bien être (sans nous envahir), de nous faire profiter des produits du terroir (les grains d'or de Moissac, merci encore), les marchés de LAUZERTE, CASTELSARRASIN. En ce qui concerne le gîte, c'est un beau logement par son intérieur agréable, literie de belle qualité, propreté au top et aussi par son extérieur, son environnement très fleuri, sa véranda, sa piscine. Situation idéale géographiquement pour visiter tous ces plus beaux villages médiévaux. Que de beautés à apprécier et à photographier ! Nous reviendrons, nous n'avons pas tout vu !
