Shower a bit small, but again what you expect. Very limited range of options for dinner locally - albeit food in (effectively self-service) Crescendo was good value."

"From the initial enquiry, communication with the owners was excellent. Anne and Frédéric are excellent hosts, very helpful without being intrusive. The accommodation cannot be faulted. Clean, very well equipped and very spacious. Small but well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes. Larger Carrefour and E Leclerc hypermarkets within 20 minutes. Pleasant 3 mile walk through vineyards and around a lake straight from the Gite with more demanding and walks and hikes within driving distance. Carcassonne easy 20 minute drive from gite. About a hours straightforward drive from Toulouse Airport. We will stay again in the future."

The location is superb, with views to the Pyrenees on a clear day and a large garden that encourages a wide range of amazing butterflies. The pool is well tended and has spacious new decking and furniture for relaxing. The villa is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed and stays cool when the weather is hot. Limoux is a short distance away by car, with a huge Leclerc for supplies and lots of affordable restaurants.
