"The saving grace of the property was the young French lad who arrived in the morning. I don’t think it was even his day to work, but he came anyway. It is such a shame because the location was awesome. There’s so much potential here but the owner isn’t interested in bringing it up to standard. The room was okay, no bed bugs. But the rest of the place was dirty and woeful. They need to upgrade it to be worthy of customers. "

Standard breakfast continually stocked and monitored by staff. The room was very warm and uncomfortable due to heat being the only option during a very warm weekend. Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away. The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent! "

"The only good thing about this hotel is that is conveniently located. We travelled as a family and booked two rooms late check-in went smoothly. We were shocked to find there were communal showers and toilets did not feel safe and the Rhoomes were smelly and quite dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable and the sheets did not feel particularly clean and were very itchy. One room has marks on the ceiling the other had graffiti on the walls and television screen."
