"Our one night stay at Sandrine's place was a lovely surprise; I wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was the best yet. The room was impressive. What looked like a regular apartment behind a fence turned out to be quite an amazing experience. The garden was lovely, the room amazing, and our host's knowledge of Aude region of France guided us to some sights we might not have otherwise seen. Truly wonderful. "

"Had a lovely stay at La Betyna. Leila and Pasqal were great hosts, they provided restaurants and shopping recommendations in the Old City of Carcassone which is about 10-minute drive from hotel. Within walking distance theres the Chateau de Pennautier a winery-restaurants definitely worth a visit. Look forward to another stay at La Betyna."

"This guest house has all the facilities of a luxury hotel. The owners are the most wonderful hosts, taking pride in everything they do and offer, from the lovely breakfast,which includes many fresh homemade product, to a fabulous four course dinner. The location is perfect for exploring the area and the owners provide detailed excursion maps with lots of good advice for getting the most out of your stay. "Séjour très agréable. Notre hôtesse nous avait prévenus de travaux extérieurs qui auraient pu déranger notre quiétude matinale. Elle nous laissait le choix de pouvoir changer de chambre à notre arrivée si nous estimions qu’en cela nous perturberait. Or, nous n’avons rien entendu. La fenêtre de la chambre ouvre sur un très beau jardin et la vue dégagée est magnifique. Nous y retournerons avec grand p’aisir Merci à Lindsay et John de leur accueil "

"Remarkable overnight find. Friendly, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. Only problem was I couldn't get the air to work despite a french instruction label which made sleeping a little difficle"
